PRICES
Our prices are wholesale and we sell only to wholesale Pet Trade. Minimum Purchase of $150.00 applies.
A 10% GST applies to all products in our Item List. We have pet products for cats, birds, aquarium fish, rabbits,
guinea pigs and other small animals.
CLAIMS
At Blue Coral Pet Supplies, we want to ensure the quality of all products we supply. Please note the following conditions regarding claims:
- Breakages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. No credits will be issued until faulty
goods are returned at your own costs to Blue Coral Pet Supplies for examination. - Items marked with retail prices will not be accepted for replacement or credit. Water damage inside air pumps
or cracked heater glass tubes (unless new) will be void from claims. - Bird seed claims must be made within 1 month of purchase and are limited to a maximum of 30 items per invoice per customer.
- Fish food claims must be made within 1 month of purchase
Claims submitted after this period or outside the conditions above will not be accepted.
We recommend checking your products upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.
All credit applications must be accompanied by the original invoice number..
TITLE
All goods remain the property of Blue Coral Pet Supplies until full payment is received.
PAYMENT METHOD
At Blue Coral Pet Supplies, we aim to make payment simple and secure. We currently accept the following methods.
- Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Payment over the phone
- Bank transfer – direct deposit to be paid before delivery
- Cash or Card on day of delivery or pick up of goods – please contact the team for more information and include in order notes.
Please note: all orders must be prepaid in full before delivery of items or if prior arrangements were made.
ADVICE
Any advice, recommendation, information or assistance or service provided by the Seller in relation to goods
sold by it, or their use or application, is given in good faith but is provided without liability or responsibility on the
part of Seller and without intention that Buyer should rely thereon.
LIABILITY
Seller warrants that the goods supplied shall be of merchantable quality. Seller’s liability for defective goods and
loss caused by defective goods is limited to replacement at the premises of seller any goods which Buyer is
entitled to reject. In the event of an accepted claim Seller shall in no event be liable to pay to the Buyer any
amount in excess of an amount received from its supplier in respect thereof.
TRADING TERMS
Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless specified prices listed are single units excluding GST.
We do NOT offer Dropshipping service.

DELIVERY
We offer convenient delivery options to ensure your order arrives on time:
A minimum order spend of $150.00 is required for all deliveries.
- Metro deliveries $15 postage
- Regional deliveries $30 postage
Order cut-off times:
- For Tuesday delivery, orders must be placed by Sunday, 8:00 pm
- For Friday delivery, orders must be placed by Wednesday, 8:00 pm
No Pickups are available unless agreed upon prior with our team
